- MariaThursday works.
- AvaYou're all set for Thursday at 10:30, at the Sunrise Home Care office. You'll get a reminder before then. Thanks, Maria!

Owner Questions,Answered.
Is calling applicants with an AI allowed?
Applicants agree to calls and texts about their application when they apply through your link, and that agreement is saved with their record. Ava says she's an AI assistant and that the call is recorded, calls only between 8am and 8pm in your time zone, and stops for good when someone asks her to. Rules differ by state, so check with your own advisor if you're unsure.
Does it work with the job posts I already run?
Yes. You get an apply link for your agency. Put it in your Indeed job descriptions, Facebook posts, Craigslist ads, your careers page or a flyer with a QR code. You can also upload people who already applied.
What if they don't pick up?
Ava tries again 15 minutes later, then 2 hours later, then twice the next day. She leaves a short voicemail on the first and last try, and answers when they call your local number back.
Will Ava turn anyone away?
No. She asks your questions and books interviews. She never tells anyone they don't qualify. If someone misses one of your must-haves, she thanks them and you decide what happens next.
Can she speak Spanish?
Yes. Applicants can choose Spanish when they apply, and Ava switches if they answer in Spanish. Your summary still arrives in English.
What does it cost after the free trial?
Starter is $497 a month for up to 150 applicants. Growth is $897 a month for up to 400. The 14-day trial covers your first 25 applicants. We ask for a card to start, nothing is charged during the trial, and you can cancel online in two clicks.
Do I have to talk to anyone?
No. There are no sales calls or meetings. Setup is online and takes about five minutes. Questions go to support@carepronto.com.
