How we call applicants

Last updated October 22, 2026

CarePronto places phone calls for home care agencies to people who applied to work for them. This page explains what those calls are and the rules we follow on every one of them.

Who gets called

  • People who applied through an agency's CarePronto link and agreed, on that form, to calls and texts about their application.
  • People an agency adds by hand after confirming they applied to that agency and gave their number.
  • People who call an agency's recruiting number themselves.

We never buy lists, and we never make sales calls to applicants.

What happens on the call

  • The assistant says it is an AI assistant and that the call is recorded.
  • It asks the agency's screening questions and can book an interview.
  • It never asks about age, health, disability, family, religion, national origin, immigration status or criminal history.
  • It never decides who gets hired and never tells anyone they don't qualify. People at the agency make every decision.

When we call

  • Only between 8am and 8pm in the agency's time zone, or a narrower window the agency sets.
  • At most five tries over about two days. We leave no more than two short voicemails.

Stopping calls

Tell the assistant you don't want more calls, reply STOP to a text, or email support@carepronto.com with your number. We stop right away for that agency, and the agency sees that you asked.

Recordings and data

Recordings, transcripts and answers belong to the agency you applied to and are used only for its hiring. See our privacy policy for how long we keep them and how to ask for deletion.
